Well, the Long Island show turned out fine, from there we proceeded to go to Brooklyn to our friend Vanessa’s birthday party. She was wasted and everyone was exhausted so after a few failed attempts to hook up with her we made the remaining drive to Mt Vernon NJ to be there bright and early because we were told we could get into the water park section for free. This did in fact happen and it was awesome, unfortunately half the rides were closed and people that did pay were pissed, but fuck them. We saved the best ride for first. It was a 9 mile high straight drop to your death water ride. We all got scared walking up, but we would never be pussies so proceeded to toss our worthless bodies down the slide. Ben unfortunately missed out on this day and stayed in the van cause he walked 6 miles the previous day in new shoes, thrills and excitement doesn’t do much for him anyways. From there we did some more tube rides and ended the water park experience with a 20 ft cliff dive into water. We met the biggest pussy/disappointment of a father there. He must have spent 30min total at the top of the cliff contemplating jumping while his kids screamed “come on Dad, just do it” He never did, he probably didn’t show up to their baseball game the next day either, but it’s fine, my Dad didn’t come to the show that was 20 minutes away the previous night. He didn’t even let us stop by to say hello when we had nowhere to go for 4 hrs before load in. Love you too Michael Abiuso Sr…

We then broke out the clink box and grilled a bunch of cans of beans and raviolis for dinner. They were fine. From there we all got to play mini golf for free…Chris now decided to stay back and attempt beating off again. I hope he failed. The course was horribly wild. I hit my first ball into a hole that it was supposed to go in which  then shot it out the other end off the course. We played ‘play it where it lies’ so it took me about 15 shots to get it up rocks and back on the course. Turns out that every hole was horribly constructed and took no skill whatsoever. I actually ended up winning w/ 15 over par on the first hole. Mr. Chark lost he took about 20-30 hits on 2 or 3 holes. After golf we played the show. It was fine. I think some of us were uncomfortably drunk on stage, but this was becoming a common pattern. Chris decided he would drive the whole way after the show to DC. He was a pussy and woke us up to drive after an hour of a 5 hr trip. Park fest had a lot of rules, not a lot of people, and a lot of bands that sounded as though they weren’t quite ready to leave their practice space, but nonetheless we made asses of ourselves and had a fine time. The first evening we were there we got offered a hotel room w/ some other bands. Chris got angry and drunk and tried to shit on Joe while Joe was peeing in the woods. Joe turned around and peed on Chris while Chris got shit all over his favorite Lacerda shorts. Rules are rules and there is no shit in the van or trailer so we chased Chris and beat him with objects until his shorts were thrown in the woods in promise that he could get them tomorrow. Chris said he was staying w/ the shorts out of ‘principle’ so we left him w/ the trailer as we went to the hotel w/ out him. He asked for a pillow and blanket. We denied him. He asked for one flask. We denied him. He lastly asked for his keys to at least get into the trailer. That didn’t happen either. After a few hours at the hotel I got a call from him saying he was sleeping under the trailer and raccoons kept walking on him, so we all angrily made our way back.

The next day was the same as the first except for it was the next. Same rules, same bands, same lack of people. We did play a better stage though. That was good. The better stage was better and good. Before leaving and wrapping up tour we decided to play one more prank. The band that we toured with (they will remain unamed out of principle also none of us got their phone numbers out of principle) had a merch tent and table set up next to ours. We packed everything up, I started the van and waited to pull away as Joe and Mr. Chark pretended to say goodbye while in actuality went to flip their merch table over. Not only did they flip it, they managed to flip in long ways as everything came crashing. They hopped in the van and as we were pulling away laughing a local cop ran along side the trailer banging on it with his flashlight. We pulled over, apologized, nothing happened, that was the end of tour. We killed it!

Keep checking back, we’re hitting the road again in less than a week doing more east coast dates, and have big touring plans in the works for the winter.

Thanks idiots!
