After a hellacious first day in California with bus issues, were all pleased to say that we are loving it here!

After our show at TRiP in Santa Monica Tuesday, we loaded up the bus and headed down to the Pier for some late night shenanigans. A couple of pints of SJ’s had us jumping in the ocean in little time at all. Sandy, soaked, drunk and hungry, we headed to our dead end parking spot overlooking the ocean high upon a cliff and called it a night.

When we awoke, we smoked some breakfast with a couple friends who were parachuting the couple hundred feet off the cliff side, a pretty rad sight. After breakfast, we departed towards Santa Barbara to hunt down a certain glassblower at High Tide smoke shack.

High Tide kills it, they helped us out by kicking down some much needed supplies and we found our egg beaker bong we were hunting for.

With some time to spare as Dom was hunting for a Sprint store to replace his ocean-soaked iPhone, we did some bird watching along State Avenue, spreading the good word through guerrilla promoting, conversing with the beautiful ladies as they strolled the downtown shopping venues.

As it neared showtime, we made our to the Frog and Peach pub, in beautiful San Luis Obispo. We spent our time marching around town with paper bagged tall boys and took in the beauty of SLO town. A pace very similar to the Pac NW, we fit right in. It’s hard not to love the place, the tailors who make the girls shorts down here…genius!

Frog and Peach was the bees knees, the extended hospitality was very appreciated. We will definitely be making our way back to our new favorite town north of LA. And it doesn’t hurt it’s our homeboy and tour mate Ray of TiedDown Productions’ hometown.

Tonight were headed to Shooters in Santa Maria, and let me tell you, were damn stoked for delicious BBQ and playing a gig with our homies Irony! I’m sure Rays fiending to slay some skins as well! Back to the sunshine, beaches, booty and booze!

Sindicate OUT!”
