Teeth Like Lions – TOUR TIPS

The Oklahoma based metal band, Teeth Like Lions, were nice enough to write a set of Tour Tips that they would recommend. You can check them out, after the break.

1. DO NOT WEAR OR TAKE YOUR SHOW SHOES OFF IN THE VAN! It’s best to wear flip flops (weather permitting) or no shoes at all. Toms are going to be smelly no matter what, so they should be avoided.

2. Keep a trash can in the van. The amount of trash that compiles between 4 of us is ridiculous. Now think about it for bands with 6 members.

3. Always be super nice to the sound guy if there is one. He will make or break what you sound like during your set.

4. Taco Bell is like God’s wrath on your bowels. Same goes with dill pickle/monster energy combination.

5. NETWORK NETWORK, NETWORK and make the maximum amount of friends at each show as you can. This will be one of your biggest and nicest assets when you have to self book your tours, like us.

BONUS TIP:
Stay entertained. Long drives can drive you insane.
