Shy, Low – TOUR TIPS

This set of Tour Tips was written by Richmond, Virginia based band, Shy, Low. You can check out their tips for being on the road, after the break.

1. Personal time.
While it may be great to hang out with your best friends for weeks on end, tempers can run high. Relax, do your own thing, and enjoy some time alone.

2. Bring something recreational.
Doesn’t matter what it is; Gregg likes to ripstick, Sean reads books, Zak braids his rat tail, and Ian brings his skateboard.

3. Don’t UNDERPACK.
You don’t want to bring a wardrobe, but you definitely need to have clean clothes to change into, especially in the summertime. Sean sweats a whole lot when he drums, and he always has fresh clothes to change into (and deodorant).

4. Leave your drama at home.
You are leaving your hometown to explore new areas. Focus on the moment and fun of touring and playing music, not whatever is bringing you down back home.
