Eric Nicolau – TOUR TIPS

Pop/rock artist, Eric Nicolau, has written a set of helpful Tour Tips that you guys can learn from. You can check them out after the break.

1. Bring socks. LOTS of socks…. On tour, there is like a sock thieving troll that makes his way on to your bus and before you know it, you’re sock-less! He/ she needs to be stopped I’m telling you! …Or it’s just hard getting your laundry done and lord forbid you start wearing dirty socks. but hey- bottom line: buy extra socks
2. Always set an alarm for your sound check!!! In case you’re a sleepy guy one afternoon and take a siesta.
3. Don’t eat chocolate before sleeping in your bunk… You’re dreams are already going to be strange enough with sleeping on a bunk. Combining that with the effect of chocolate could be a little too crazy
4. Don’t use the bathroom on the bus. I know it’s there… Just… Don’t
5. Keep your back lounge clean!!! Your mom isn’t on tour with you (unless you’re a kid superstar) so set a good example for your fellow band mates and pick up after yourself!!
