Dead Cassette - DREAM TOUR

In this Dream Tour segment, the metalcore band, Dead Cassette, reveals who they would want on their ultimate tour lineup. You can check out their picks below:

Hardy, Beartooth, Wage War, Dead Cassette

When it comes to building a “Dream Tour", it's easy to think of names like Bring Me The Horizon or Linkin Park when Chester was still with us. But, our dream tour might be a little different than what people would expect because it's theoretically possible. We get compared to Wage War all the time, not only because Corbin looks like Briton, but also because we have such a similar formula when it comes to songwriting. Wage War has paved the way for bands like us, and the opportunity to tour with a group who has been a staple in the metalcore scene for so long would be an honor.

Following Wage War, we would love to have Beartooth on the bill. Corbin & Joe were in an old band together that actually opened for their first tour when Beartooth was coming to fruition. The tour was essentially a bunch of house style shows and to see how far they've come over the last decade, playing with them again would be a dream come true.

Finally, the headliner of the tour… Hardy. Half of Dead Cassette is randomly really into country music. The way that Hardy has been able to fuse country with modern rock/metal is mind boggling. Hardy & Beartooth already have a song together too so if this hypothetical tour were to happen… that song could be performed live to its truest form. We as a band have actually jokingly tossed around the idea of writing some country rock music as well. Plus, Cody of Wage War has his hands in the country music cookie jar also to tie everything together.

Without doubt, our dream tour would be Hardy, Beartooth, Wage War, & us. Touring with those guys would undeniably be the best experience of our lives. Half of Dead Cassette is also really into golf… So, if you happened to watch the music video for “The Better Me” by Beartooth & Hardy, you'd see that they are as well. So, the idea of traveling across the country going golfing and playing shows together sounds like Heaven to us.
