Solange Knowles:
Have you heard the record she just put out? Her fashion and visuals are so on point and totally inspiring to me, and her music has so much subtly and grace while also maintaining a badass groove. It has a message but also lets you just meditate with it. I feel like touring alongside her would be a master class in stage presence, style, and substance. Put me in coach!

Anderson .Paak and The Free Nationals:
I am in love with Malibu right now. I follow his band on social media and they seem like the kind of people I want to watch perform, talk about music with and then go party with. Maybe even all at once? Whenever I have seen any footage from live shows they have put on it’s been pretty explosive. They get the crowd hyped up and HOLY CRUD can they play – Anderson Paak on drums? Ouchie, that’s good! I want to witness that from side stage and soak it in.

Erykah Badu :
One of my early inspirations for writing music and singing is Erykah Badu. She is a queen. If I could grace the same stage as her I would fall all over the place because I would be so humbled. She’s got style, poise, wisdom, and CHOPS for days.

D’Angelo:
Oh my goodness if I could get the opportunity to learn while seeing D’Angelo sing live, I would probably give my left arm. Maybe he would let me step on stage with him and we could do a duet of “Crusin'” and he would be like, “cool, let’s write some music together and get in the studio and do all the coolest stuff” and then we would ride off into the sunset and I would die. In fact, I think I’ve had this exact dream before…it ended well! FINGERS CROSSED!

Lucius:
I’ve been keeping tabs on this band for a long time now and really dig their style in what they do. I have such a passion for singing in harmony and working with powerful females while doing it. They have such great artistic integrity that I really admire! I think we could be a good fit. MAYBE THEY WOULD LET ME SING WITH THEM, and maybe they would let me borrow one of their capes…who knows!?

James Blake:
Saw some photos of one of his live shows that he has been putting on lately and really loved the visuals. His music has always been really beautiful and inspiring to me so getting on the road with him would be a dream.

Beck:
I’ve heard from the tabloid press that he doesn’t like shaking people’s hands…I want to test the theory. But mostly I think his music is amazing and I would love to be a part of that circle of inspiration!
