Hello Digital Tour Bus readers. Joe here. Joe!
We started “The Moby Boner Tour” sponsored by your favorite site Digital Tour Bus! Tour started last night in Colorado, but we had a few days of driving out to Colorado before.
We played a show in Indianapolis with our lovely friendly fucks in Victorian Halls. They are truly a unique band in that they have a black person AND a mexican. Carlos is his name! How cute is that?!
The show was pretty fun. Chris and Mr. Chark ended up fighting again. We ignored them. Kind of. Mostly just played some of the video games that the venue supplied.
We left Indianapolis and headed to the Turpin palace. Kyle Turpin is a man we know in Greenfield Indiana. He’s a great man. We had Thanksgiving at his house, and had a fantastic meal. We are truly grateful for his hospitality.
Spent a few days at the Turpin fantasy island, then took off. We had a radio interview where Mr. Chark asked a girl he was reading about in the local paper on a date on air. Somehow she heard and showed up to the show. She said nothing and we didn’t realize it was her until she left. Fuck her. We played a show in St. Louis at Fubar. We love that venue. The staff is friendly and we got drunk and stupid. We headed out to a pinball bar in some place in St. Louis and I wasted dollars and dollars on playing pinball. I’m not sure what everyone else was doing because I was so entertained. I also had a meat pie recommended to me by the nicest door man ever.
We had a day of driving, nothing eventful happened. Boring. BOOORINGGGG.
We arrived in Fort Collins and had a lovely interview with a lovely lady named Max. She’s great and does lots of promotion. We hung out at a coffee house and had coffee and stuff. We also had a traditional hobo meal outside of a grocery store. Burritos. Delicious.
We met Take Cover at the venue and met those fucks. Some of them are okay I guess. I won’t say which ones so that the members are always wondering which ones we like and which ones we don’t like.
The show was… well. I suppose. We had fun. Food was good and the beer was new. 10% alcohol beers are a great thing. Especially when they are cheap/free.
We spent last night at some old friends of the bands house. It was great because the host let us use his toilet paper. One time he stole my jumper cables out of my car in retaliation for me ACCIDENTLY stealing his copy of Cast Away featuring Tom Hanks, but I’m willing to let it slide. I haven’t even brought it up to him.
We’re driving to our show in Denver right now. Hope its a good one! We’re gonna meet Assemble The Skyline fucks tonight. Fucks.
