Rozette – PRESHOW RITUALS

I sleep in a suuuuper humid room every night. (I run a full tank of my Dyson humidifier every night.) Next, I love to do a bit of stretching- if not a full yoga class. Then, I hit my tea collection for a hot cuppa tea. If my voice is feeling tender, you know I’ll hit the Throat Coat!

It’s tradition to do a soundcheck in the most janky no-make-up outfit possible. Often, some element of pajamas is involved. ;-)

In my earlier years, I used to think it was bad luck to eat before a show, but now, I love a beautiful meal before playing a show.

I like to keep the energy around me pretty mellow on a show day. The smallest amount of peeps around is helpful- especially because I like to be really easy on my voice as my music is quite vocally demanding.
