Pink Avalanche – TOUR TIPS

Here is a brand new set of Tour Tips from the Chicago band, Pink Avalanche! You can check out the tips after the break.

1. Bring some type of multi-outlet extension cord with you in your suitcase. Hotel rooms often don’t have enough outlets for charging everyone’s phones and computers.
2. Bring bounce dryer sheets or something of the like. After you play in smoky rooms, throw your smoky smelling jackets/hoodies/pants/etc in the dryer with a dryer sheet at the hotel or wherever you’re staying.  saves you from smelling like an ashtray in the morning.
3. When touring internationally, stock up on strings, picks, sticks, batteries, etc before leaving the U.S. as those things are often more expensive in other countries.
4. Be nice to the venue staff/bartenders/sound crew. They have met more than their shares of big-headed, rude and/or condescending band members. tip the bartender when using drink tickets.
5. Keep your merch consolidated and neat on the merch table when there are other bands who need to use the space too.
