East Love – DREAM TOUR

In this Dream Tour segment, the pop rock band, East Love, let you know who they would like on their ultimate tour lineup. You can check out the feature, after the break.

One of the best things about East Love is that we have a very wide range of musical influences. When thinking about our “dream tour”, we all would have very different answers. There is, of course, a ton of overlap – but the variety is what makes our sound what it is. We’re influenced by singer-songwriters, jam bands, folk rock groups, pop artist, country artists, rock bands… to name a few. We thought the best way to describe our “dream tour” was to let each of us give his own perspective…
Robbie: There are so many theoretical tours that I would consider to be a “dream tour”. If I had to give an answer – it would be East Love, followed by Zac Brown Band, then John Mayer. And of course a guest appearance by my friend Hailey Knox. If you don’t know her, you will soon – check her out! She’s the most talented up and coming artist I’ve seen in a long time.
Lukas: I’d love to tour with Ed Sheeran. He’s consistently on the cutting edge of music and creativity – and in my opinion, he’s the best out there right now. It would be great to play alongside him, and quite frankly, I’d just love love to hang out with him. He seems like an awesome guy who has been able to come as far as he as due to the perfect combination of raw talent and relentless commitment and hustle.
Alex U: The Civil Wars – we love so much of whey they did with natural sounds, harmonies, and a mix of intimacy and grit. Not to mention their killer folk/country infused songwriting. It has really inspired us. Plus if we were on tour with them, that means they are back together making music!
Alex G: I would love to tour with Lake Street Dive. We all really admire their incredible arrangements and unique sound. Also, to listen to Rachel Price sing every night would never get old. They also seem like fun peeps! LSD, if you see this – hit us up!
