So we’re definitely visualizing some kind of Californian back drop here circa 1979 for our dream tour. Sounds pretty cliche I realize, but c’monnnnnn…
1. Fleetwood Mac – Goes without saying. There’s this video where an interviewer asks Stevie Nicks .. “Why did you guys choose to tour again whilst you’re rehearsing for a new album?” & she says something like … “We got itchy feet, you need to go out & play otherwise you become a recording band.” Really like that. We’re at a point where we’ve been recording and writing for a long time, so both Toma & I are feeling really excited about getting out and playing shows! We were both massively influenced by Fleetwood Mac growing up.
2. Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros – Bringing them back to ’79 with us. Seem pretty pure in their tour approach. Really appreciate the whole shoes off whilst on stage vibe & really into the impromptu music videos they do in cow paddocks, dessert plains, leafy roads etc. That would be fun.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUknlSWNbEI
3. Tempesst – Australian-Greek crazy kids. This is Toma’s other band with his twin and two best friends. We’ve all known each other since we were infants. If we got to a stage were we were on a tour together, I’d bring along my sister, Edward R (more friends from home) and travel around on a huge smelly bus across the USA or the alike … I think at this point our lives would all feel pretty complete.

Keep up with the duo on Facebook and Twitter!
