Alvarez Kings – PRESHOW RITUALS

In this Preshow Rituals segment, the indie pop band, Alvarez Kings, share what they do before every show. You can check out their rituals, after the break.

We have a really strange ritual before we go onstage. We huddle up and sing Whitesnake’s “Is This Love” at the top of our lungs. To this day, we don’t know when or why we do it. It pumps us up and we have fun so it works.

The other thing we do is to stretch. Gets the adrenaline flowing and loosens you up. All bands should stretch prior to going onstage no matter what genre you play.
